Our trip to Los Angeles

Grover, Sue, Tori and Hailee attended two Dodgers games this past week. During the first game against the Giants, Grover was randomly chosen out of 41,000 fans to play the "Coke quiz" challenge during the 6th inning. He got to watch the game for an inning while sitting next to the Giants dugout, then he went onto the field, was asked a Dodger's trivia question, answered it correctly, and won 4 tickets to Universal Studios. When I told the guy I brought my wife and daughters all the way from Idaho to see the game he told the crowd "this is like the Griswald family!" (notice the drunk guy cheering me on as I was returning to my seat).

Us doing the tourist thing

Hailee was tired of walking around Universal
Studios so she decided to take a nap inside
of this live sharks mouth. The shark actually
spit her out.

This is Hailee snuggling up to a complete stranger...
I'm not even sure he actually worked at Universal Studios

Hailee likes to hang out with some pretty creepy people...

While in California, we took time out from watching the Dodgers games and visited Zume beach in Malibu. Grover's swimwear also doubles as baseball game attire when it dries. We couldn't find a baby sitter so we decided to bury Hailee for a couple hours.

The Dodgers played the Diamondbacks in the second game we watched...Randy Johnson pitched and Manny Ramirez played in his first game as a Dodger after being traded by the Red Sox. We had great seats behind home plate so Grover was able to take these close up shots.
